Director, IIHR invites applications from the eligible candidates for filling up of Technical Assistant (Press & Editorial - Hindi Translator) / Lower Division Clerk / Skilled Support Staff at IIHR and its regional stations under the Administrative Control of I.C.A.R. The posts are of permanent nature and at present, are filled on temporary basis. Technical Assistant (Press & Editorial - Hindi Translator):
Vacancy: 1 nos
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi Language or equivalent qualification from a recognized university, with three years experience in science writing and science journalism in Hindi.
Desirable:
Diploma in Journalism
Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa
Knowledge of Computer (Hindi Typing on computer)
Age Limit: 18-30 years (Relaxation as per rule)
Lower Division Clerk:
Vacancy: 2 nos
Qualification:
12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or University.
A typing speed of 35w.p.m. in English or 30w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
Age Limit:18-27 years (Relaxation as per rule).
Skilled Support Staff:
Vacancy: 57 nos
Qualification:Matriculation or equivalent pass or ITI
Age Limit:18 – 25 years (Relaxation as per rule).
